At Bradley Home Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small parcels, attach the provided shipping label; for large furniture items, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
